The Award Categories

There are various award categories to enter. We must stress that we welcome entries from companies of all shapes and sizes. We are looking for how you made the experience better and how you positively impacted your staff – whether that was for 10 or 10,000 employees.

Employee Engagement can mean different things to different businesses depending on the challenges you’re faced with. You could have positively impacted your staff through a well-being or recognition programme. Your business could have introduced a new diversity or leadership strategy that positively changed the employee experience for the better.

The winning business will provide evidence that they’ve utilised multiple opportunities for employees to engage with their company and become more fulfilled in their work. Judges will be looking for varied engagement methods and the metrics used to measure the return on investment.
